What is unique about PSI’s loss training?

Our Perinatal Loss: Clinical and Supportive Care training has a hard maximum of 100 participants. This training is only delivered in person; there is no virtual option due to the highly sensitive nature of the content. We kindly ask that you not bring babies or children to this training.

This course examines perinatal loss, inclusive of miscarriage, stillbirth, complex congenital anomalies, and pregnancy decision-making. Participants explore trauma-informed strategies, clinical techniques, and practical interventions to support bereaved parents, families, and providers impacted by loss.

What is covered in PSI’s paternal training?

PSI’s Foundations in Paternal Perinatal Mental Health presents the key psychological, interpersonal, and systems-level factors related to fathers as they navigate the transition to parenthood, focusing on psychosocial dynamics and evidence-based interventions.

We need to see more requests for this training, as well as more attendees!

What is new in education and training?

We are introducing the two-day Perinatal Mood Disorders: Components of Care training and Advanced Perinatal Mental Health Psychotherapy in Spanish! These trainings will be in person in Miami, FL, at the end of 2024. Keep an eye on our website and Instagram for updates, and sign up for Spanish language training info here.

How can someone bring a PSI training to their area?

Interested parties should read the FAQs about PSI Trainings and email training@postpartum.net to request a training.
